Products can be returned within 14 days upon delivery.
The purchase amount of the returned products are immediately refunded in full after your return has been received by us. You will only pay shipping costs once, namely for returning. If you have paid for shipping costs when you ordered your package, these costs will be refunded.
Your money will be refunded to your account within two weeks. For some payment methods, such as PayPal and credit card, this takes just a few days. If you would rather receive a different product, we will send it immediately.
For consumer goods and products where hygiene is important, the only rule is that the products must be unopened and undamaged when returned. Items that have been used or of which the seal is broken can not be returned without prior contact with The Hair Growth Specialist customer service.

In case of defects
We pack all orders in strong boxes with plenty of filler material. Should a product sadly not reach you in good condition, you can contact our customer service. They will provide a good solution.
Also if the product turns out to be faulty during use, please contact our customer service. They will find the best solution for the problem. This can be a replacement part, repair or replacement of the product. In case of a faulty sprayer, we will send you a new one.
