Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 3-6 months (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, with water after meals). Then take 1-2 tablets per day as needed.

I have just buy Viviscal and i so excited . But i want to know if Is mandatory to eat to take the pill

It is not mandatory to take the supplements with a meal, but it is strongly recommended. This is because supplements can be a bit heavy on the stomach. If you take them during a meal, there is little chance of having stomach discomfort.
