Biotin

Take 1 dose per day.

A dose consists of one "Step 1" tablet (yellow coloured tablet) and one "Step 2" tablet (white with orange dots).

Take the “Step 1” tablet during or after a meal and swallow it whole.
Then take the "Step 2" melting tablet, place it under your tongue and let it dissolve in your mouth. It can take a few minutes before it is completely dissolved.

Follow this routine every day.

Nausea

The taste of the lozenges in itself is quite fine but I still experience nausea afterwards, which only passes when I eat something savory. Have the idea that it does something but still too little for me, considering the high price, too bad

Seems to work, but patience is needed

Seems to slow down gray hair somewhat after many months, but it takes a lot of patience. Don't expect results the first few months you use it, with me, change was only noticeable after about 5 months. Also important that you take the dosage consistently.

Almost 3 months I have been using the neofollics pills and serum and I like it! The gray hairs (5 or so) have not returned.

Recommendable

I tried the tablets against gray hair and was very satisfied at first - they really helped and my hair looked much darker again. Then I took a break and unfortunately it got worse again. I am now planning to buy the product again as I am convinced that it works if taken regularly. Recommended, but you should use it consistently!

Stable, even minute decrease

I am now 35 and only have a few gray hairs on the side of myn head, but they seem to have decreased slightly in number and stable. I will continue to use it!

Stemmed the tide

I've used this product for 6-8 months and I will continue with it. I think it's stemmed the tide of grey hair as its not getting worse and it may have brought back some colour on top.
My side areas are fairly stubborn so I'm not sure I'll be able to reverse that but I'll stay open minded. I think its a good product.
