Biotin
This is one of the most important vitamins against hair loss. Vitamin B8 is necessary for maintaining healthy hair. It contributes to the production of keratin, important for healthy hair, scalp and nails. Biotin can also prevent graying of the hair.
Catalase
This is an important enzyme that plays a role in the process of graying hair. Because catalase breaks down hydrogen peroxide, it prevents the graying of hair. Take 1 dose per day. A dose consists of one "Step 1" tablet (yellow coloured tablet) and one "Step 2" tablet (white with orange dots).

Take the “Step 1” tablet during or after a meal and swallow it whole.
Then take the "Step 2" melting tablet, place it under your tongue and let it dissolve in your mouth. It can take a few minutes before it is completely dissolved.

Follow this routine every day.

Stemmed the tide

I've used this product for 6-8 months and I will continue with it. I think it's stemmed the tide of grey hair as its not getting worse and it may have brought back some colour on top.
My side areas are fairly stubborn so I'm not sure I'll be able to reverse that but I'll stay open minded. I think its a good product.

Snake Oil

I have been using either this product or the Absonutrix product for 5 years. This product by Neofollics I have used for 3.5 years (about 40 months) continuously with almost no missed doses.

It will not reverse or prevent grey hair. It may make the hair slightly darker, probably due to the catalase in the second tablet but it has not worked for me as described at all while also being very costly..

The absonutrix product seemed to be marginally more effective in my experience. I would recommend it over this one.

I'm slowly noticing a difference

I am slowly seeing a difference and will continue to use them because I only see first use every day for three months.

So far so good

I believe that my hair growth has increased a bit. However, I have not noticed any difference in the pigmentation of my hair yet. Unfortunately, the newly added hairs are also colorless. I remain positive and will continue for another 3 months. The result will then be easier to assess.
